LinksWorkshop provides a link compression and share URL tool. By using the service, you agree to these terms governing your relationship with LinksWorkshop.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the links you compress and share. You agree that:

• You will not use the service to distribute malware or illegal content.
• You maintain legal rights to the destination URLs you provide.
• You will not attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures.

3. Intended Use

The service is designed for professional sharing and structured workflows. Excessive automated pinging or link-spam that degrades service quality may be blocked.

4. Payment

Premium exports may be offered as one-time purchases. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refund handling (if any) will be described at checkout.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as-is” basis. LinksWorkshop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the transaction in dispute.

6. Changes to Service

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Where reasonable, we will provide notice for significant changes impacting users.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operator is based. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
